  • Where do you ship? Currently, we ship to all 50 states within the USA. We are working on expanding to international destinations soon.

  • How long will it take to receive my order? Standard orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Custom furniture or oversized items may have longer lead times, which will be noted on the product page.

  • How much is shipping? Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your items. We offer flat-rate shipping on select decor categories.

  • Are your products handmade? Many of our pieces are handcrafted by artisans globally. Because of this, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are expected and celebrated as part of the item’s unique character.
  • The item I want is out of stock. When will it return? We update our inventory regularly. You can sign up for “Back in Stock” notifications on the specific product page to be the first to know when it returns.

  • What is your return policy? We want you to love your space. If you aren’t satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that oversized furniture and “Final Sale” items are non-returnable.

  • What if my item arrives damaged? We take great care in packaging, but accidents happen. If your item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can send a replacement.
