At Exotic Decor USA, we want your experience to be as exceptional as
the pieces you order. This page covers everything you need to know
about our exotic decor shipping and returns process — from the moment
you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door, and beyond.

1. Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

We offer free standard shipping on all orders across all 50 states
within the United States. We ship via DHL, FedEx, and UPS, depending
on your location and the size of your order.

Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST will begin processing the same
business day. Most orders require 1–2 business days for quality
inspection and careful packaging before dispatch. Oversized items
such as large floor lamps, chandeliers, and wall decor pieces may
require additional handling time, which will always be noted on the
product page before you purchase.

Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location
and carrier availability. Once your order has shipped, you will
receive a tracking email with your tracking number. You can also
track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free on all orders across the United States.
Expedited shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the
weight, size, and destination of your order.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, we are unfortunately
unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and
in the same condition as received, in their original packaging. Items
that show signs of use, installation, or damage caused after delivery
are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

— Custom-made or bespoke orders
— Items marked as Final Sale on the product page
— Items returned after the 30-day return window

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at info@exoticdecor.us with your order
number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within
24 hours with a Return Authorization number and step-by-step instructions
for sending your item back. Do not send items back
without first receiving your Return Authorization — returns sent
without authorization cannot be processed.

3. Refunds

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you
by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
within 1–3 business days of inspection. Please allow additional time
for your bank or card provider to process the refund on their end —
This typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your provider.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for
return shipping costs. We do not charge any restocking fee. For
returns due to a defect or our error, we will cover return shipping
costs in full.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging every order, but accidents can happen
in transit. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong
item, please follow these steps:

1. Photograph the damage to both the item and the outer packaging.
2. Contact us at info@exoticdecor.us within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Include your order number and photos in your message.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible
under US Consumer Protection Laws. Claims submitted after 48 hours
of delivery may not be eligible for a replacement.
