How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 5–10 business days across the US. Oversized items such as large floor lamps or chandeliers may require additional handling time, which will always be stated on the product page before you purchase.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. We offer free standard shipping on select items — look for the free shipping badge on eligible product pages. Flat-rate shipping is available on rugs and select wall decor categories.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking email with your carrier tracking number. You can also track your order at any time on our Track Your Order page. If you haven't received a tracking email within 5 business days of ordering, contact us at info@exoticdecor.us.

Are your products handmade?

Many of our pieces are handcrafted by artisans globally. Because of this, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are expected and celebrated as part of the item's unique character.

What materials are your lamps and decor pieces made from?

Our collection includes pieces crafted from brass, copper, ceramic, hand-blown glass, rattan, bamboo, reclaimed wood, resin, and natural fibers. Every product page lists the exact materials used. If you need specific material information before purchasing — for example for allergy or safety reasons — contact us and we'll provide full details.

Do your table lamps and chandeliers work with US electrical standards?

Yes. All lamps and lighting fixtures sold on Exotic Decor USA are compatible with standard US electrical outlets (110–120V). Bulb type and wattage recommendations are listed on each product page. If you have a specific electrical question about a product, contact our team before purchasing.

How do I know when an out-of-stock item is back in stock?

We update our inventory regularly. You can sign up for "Back in Stock" notifications on the specific product page to be the first to know when it returns.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your space. If you aren't satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that oversized items and "Final Sale" items are non-returnable. To start a return, contact us at info@exoticdecor.us with your order number and reason for return.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but accidents happen. If your item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can send a replacement.
