1. Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver your luxury pieces with the utmost care. Below are the details regarding our shipping procedures.

  • Shipping Areas: We offer free delivery across the United States in all states.

  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the same day.

  • Handling Time: Most items require 1–2 business days for quality inspection and packaging. Custom or oversized items may take longer.

  • Transit Time:

            Standard Shipping: 1–3 business days.

            Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: All of our orders qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Note on White-Glove Delivery: For oversized luxury furniture, we utilize specialized carriers. These deliveries require an appointment and a signature upon arrival.

 2. Return & Exchange Policy

At Exotic Decor USA, we stand behind the quality of our curated collection. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  • Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be:

           Unused and in the same condition as received.

             In the original luxury packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items: * Custom-made or bespoke orders.

  • Return Process: To start a return, contact us at order@exoticdecor.com. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and instructions

3. Refunds and Fees

  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 1–3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Return Shipping: For “change of mind” returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Restocking Fee: We don’t charge any restocking fee.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged (which is rare given our packaging standards), please follow these steps to ensure a full refund or replacement under U.S. Consumer Protection Laws:

  1. Photograph the damage to the item and the packaging.

  2. Report the damage to us within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. For freight shipments, please note any visible damage on the Bill of Lading before signing.
